André Gauthier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed the required Masters courses in Project Management from University of Quebec in Montreal. From 1994 to 1996 he held the post of vice-president of Q.E.X. Resources Inc., a company that was listed at the Montreal Stock exchange and the post of secretary-treasurer of Abior Exploration Inc. (which became Exploration Diabior Inc., merged nowadays with Virginia Gold Mines Inc.) from 1984 to 1992. André Gauthier is president and administrator of Mistassini Mineral Resources Inc.., a public mining company and was secretary-treasurer of Prêt à porter Subito Presto Inc., a closed company that works in the manufacturing sector of medium to high-end clothing, from February 1999 to September 2003.


Aline Leclerc is a geologist since 1974. She holds a Bachelor of Earth Sciences from University of Quebec in Montreal. She supplies consulting services in mining exploration and in mining exploration project management since 1995. From 1974 to 1995, she has worked for various companies and governmental organisms within the framework of exploration projects. She sat on the Board of Directors of Soquem from 1996 to 2000.


Laval St Gelais holds a diploma in business administration and a license in accounting of University Laval. He is a chartered accountant since 1978 and in 1982, he specialized in investment project and reorganization of small firms. Since 1994, he is a partner of Groupe Desjardins Campeau. Between 1999 and 2000, he was director of Sirios Resources inc., a mining exploration company listed on TSX Venture (SOI).


Patrick Bradley has been involved in the mining business for more than 30 years, first as a mining analyst and investment counsellor at Lévesque, Beaubien Inc. (now National Bank Financial) and more recently, since 1995 as Vice President, Corporate Development, at McWatters Mining Inc. Since march 23 th 2004, he is president of Vior inc., a mining exploration company listed on TSX Venture (VIO).


James D.A. White is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Baynes and White, a consultant firm from Ontario specialized in acturial services, since 1993. From 1986 to 1992, he acted as Chief Operating Officer for TI Benefit Consultants, a consultant firm in acturial services and pension funds. Furthermore, he has a vast experience in the fields of exploration, development and financing of the mining industry.


Richard H. Sutcliffe, Ph.D., P. Geo. is a geologist with more than 25 years of mining experience with regards to exploration, development, operation and financing. He is President, CEO and director of URSA Major Minerals Inc. (TSX: UMJ), a mining company operating mainly in base metals. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Patricia Mining Corp. (TSX Venture: PAT), a mining company involved in the production and exploration for gold. In addition, he is a Director for Nyah Resources Corp. (TSX Venture: NRU), a mining company involved mainly in uranium exploration. From 1999 to 2005, he was Director of North American Palladium Ltd.
